Aurora ★★★★★

Threw one pouch in the freezer for a headache and it stayed cold way longer than a bag of peas. The other one heats up in the microwave in under a minute for my lower back after work. Having two means there's always one ready while the other warms.

Adam ★★★★★

The clay pouches heat up evenly and stay warm long enough for me to actually fall asleep, which is rare. I also froze them this morning for my sore neck and the cooling relief was just as effective.

William ★★★★☆

The clay pouches hold heat way longer than I expected, which is great for my lower back after long shifts. Only gripe is the cover picks up lint easily, so I'm brushing it off constantly. Still, having the option to freeze one for headaches makes it worth keeping on the couch.
