I get awful lower back cramps every month and the tie actually holds this in place so I can keep working instead of lying down. The rubber stays warm way longer than my old one too.

The faux-fur cover is ridiculously soft against my skin, way nicer than the bare rubber bottle I used to use. I fill it, tie it around my lower back, and the cramps ease up within twenty minutes.

I was skeptical at first, but the tie makes it easy to wrap snugly around my lower back while I work. The faux-fur cover is incredibly soft, much nicer than the cheap fabric ones I've tried before.
