I've been using these in my Pilates warm-ups and they add just the right amount of resistance without feeling bulky. The eco coating is a nice touch too, no chemical smell out of the box like my old set had.

The grip has a nice matte texture that doesn't slip even when my hands get sweaty mid-flow. Only thing is they're a bit lighter than I expected, so I'll probably size up eventually for squats. Perfect for adding resistance to my Pilates warm-ups though.
