Three weeks after my c-section I finally felt like I could stand up straight without bracing myself, and honestly this band is why. The Finnish physio design really shows in the fit, it hugs low without digging into the incision. Wish I'd bought it before delivery instead of after.

The band does help take some pressure off my lower back when I'm lifting the baby, and the velcro is strong enough that it doesn't slip. That said, it bunches up when I sit down for too long, so I find myself adjusting it constantly. It's fine for short stretches but not something I can wear all day
