Introducing Saalt's Menstrual Disc. Offering up to 12 hours of leak-free protection, Saalt's menstrual disc is a period game-changer. Featuring a finger notch to support easy menstrual disc removal, the Saalt Menstrual Disc is great for beginners and period cup experts alike. Unlike a period cup, Saalt's Menstrual Disc sits in the vaginal fornix – just below the cervix – and doesn't use any suction, making it ideal for anyone with an IUD. As an added bonus, the Menstrual Disc's position in the vaginal fornix also means you can wear it for mess-free period sex. Plus, if you're not completely satisfied with your Saalt product after two cycles, get in touch with us and we'll either send you a replacement you'll love or provide a full refund.

Switching from tampons to this was way easier than I expected, and the twelve hours of wear means I'm not thinking about it during a workday. That little finger notch genuinely helps on removal, no fishing around.

Ryan ★★★★★ Oct 12, 2026

I was nervous about trying a disc for the first time but this one fits comfortably and I honestly forget it's there all day. Getting a full 12 hours without leaks has been a game changer for my work shifts.

The finger notch makes removal so much easier than I expected, and I actually got the full 12 hours without any leaks on my heaviest day. This is the first period product that genuinely feels set-and-forget.
